Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day claim window from the date you receive your order to report an issue.
What’s eligible
✅ Items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect (wrong item/variant).
✅ Missing items in your shipment.
What’s not eligible
❌ Change of mind, wrong size chosen, or buyer’s remorse (our products are made-to-order).
❌ Final-sale or gift-card purchases.
How to start a claim
Email us at support@animateclothing.com within 30 days and include:
• Order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product and the packing slip (clear images of the defect/misprint or damage)
Please do not return items without contacting us first; unapproved returns are not accepted.
Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we’ll replace the item or refund the original payment method. If a refund is approved, it will post within 10 business days (bank/issuer processing times may vary).
Exchanges
Need a different size/design? Please place a new order. Exchanges are not offered for made-to-order items unless there is a defect or misprint.
